Who you are buying from

Your order is placed with, prepared by and fulfilled by (the restaurant). The restaurant is responsible for your order: its food, timings, changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints. Aexir provides the ordering technology only and is not a party to the sale.

Collection & delivery

Times shown are estimates. For delivery orders, please be available at the address you gave: if the driver cannot reach you and has waited 5 minutes at the address, the order may be treated as delivered. Keep your phone to hand in case the restaurant or driver needs to contact you.

Allergies

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, tell the restaurant before ordering and note it on your order. Dishes are prepared in kitchens that handle allergens.

Payments & refunds

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card details never touch the restaurant's or Aexir's systems. Refunds and order disputes are handled by the restaurant - contact them directly using the details on your confirmation.

Your information

The details you enter (name, phone, address for delivery, email) are used to prepare, deliver and confirm your order, including your emailed receipt and tracking link. They are shared with the restaurant and with the processors that run this service (Stripe for payment, Google Firebase for order data). They are not used for marketing and are not sold.

This ordering service is operated for the restaurant by Aexir (aexir.com). For a problem with the website or app itself, email support@aexir.com. Anything about your order itself: the restaurant, always.
